Shipping Area
We ship to Austria and Germany.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free. Express shipping is available on request for €9.99. You choose the shipping method at checkout.
Shipping and Delivery Time
We usually ship on the day of your order or on the next business day. Delivery with standard shipping then takes 1 to 2 business days in Austria and 2 to 3 business days in Germany, so usually 1 to 3 business days after shipping in total. With express shipping, delivery in Austria usually takes place on the next business day, in Germany within 1 to 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
At checkout we show you the estimated delivery date. Should it ever take longer, we will inform you by email. We deliver no later than 30 days after your order; otherwise you may withdraw from the contract.
Shipping Carrier
We ship with Austrian Post (Österreichische Post), in Germany via its delivery partners. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email.
Transport Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos at servus@riccava.com. We replace damaged goods free of charge. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
Returns
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days and, in addition, a voluntary 30-day return policy from receipt of the goods. You can find the details in our Right of Withdrawal notice.
