Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal Notice
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Julian Handl, Adrian-Hoven-Straße 10, 2752 Wöllersdorf, Austria, email: servus@riccava.com, phone: +43 670 505 80 45) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by email. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs for standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction; you will not be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You must send the goods back without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day of withdrawal, to Julian Handl, Adrian-Hoven-Straße 10, 2752 Wöllersdorf, Austria. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exception to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery (Section 18(1)(5) of the Austrian Distance Selling Act (FAGG)). This applies in particular to the Sauna Scrub once the seal has been opened.
Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, you may return the goods to us within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason, provided they are unopened and unused in their original packaging. Simply write to us at servus@riccava.com. You bear the return shipping costs; the refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the goods to the original means of payment. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
